Recipe for the Oatmeal lover’s and those who also use 100% pure, food grade safe, essential oils in their cooking and meal preparation:
1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of milk
microwave for 1 to 2 minutes
2 teaspoons of peanut butter
1 teaspoon of honey
2-3 drops of cinnamon oil
1-2 drops of nutmeg oil
1-2 drops of clove oil
stir up good
add more milk to taste if desired
