Chemical Constituents: Ketones (>58%): isopinocamphone (>40%), pinocamphone (>12%), α and β-thujones, camphor; Monoterpenes (>25%); α- & β-pinenes (15–22%), l-limonene, ocimene, sabinene camphene, myrcene, p-cymene; Sesquiterpenes (<7%): germacrene-D, β-caryophyllene, aromadendrene, phellandrene; Phenols (4%): myrtenal methyl-ether, myrtenol, eugenol (methyl chavicol); Alcohols: borneol, linalol, nerolidol, geraniol; Esters: methyl myrtenate, bornyl acetate; Oxides: linalol oxide, 1,8 cineol.
Properties: Antiasthmatic, anticatarrhal, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiparasitic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, astringent, decongestant, diuretic, mucolytic, and sedative.
Common Primary Uses: ITKidney stones.
Historical Uses: Hyssop is mentioned in Exodus Chapter 12 as the oil in lamb’s blood. It was used to prevent the plague, which may have been similar to AIDS today.
Other Possible Uses: This oil may be beneficial for anxiety, restoring appetite, arthritis, asthma, bruises, cleansing and purifying, colds, concentration (stimulating alertness and clearing the mind), coughs, cuts, dermatitis, digestion, fatigue (strengthens and enlivens the body), fever, expelling gas from intestines, gout, grief, regulating lipid metabolism, raising low blood pressure, clearing lungs, promoting and regulating menstrual flow, discharging mucus, nervous tension, parasites (expelling worms), increasing perspiration, rheumatism, preventing scarring, scar tissue, sore throats, stress-related conditions, tonsillitis, discharging toxins, viral infections, and wounds.

Application: Apply to Vita Flex Points and/or directly on area of concern; diffuse.
Oral Use As Dietary Suppliment: Generally regarded as safe (GRAS) for human consumption by the FDA. Dilute one drop oil in 1 tsp. honey or in 4 oz. of beverage (i.e. soy/rice milk). However, due to high ketone content, extreme caution should be taken. Best avoided by children of any age.
Safety Data: According to some sources, the pinocamphone can cause toxic effects. Avoid during pregnancy. Avoid if dealing with high blood pressure. Not for use by people with epilepsy. Use extreme caution and dilute well when unsure!
