Chemical Constituents: Sesquiterpenes (up to 60%): α- & β-farnesenes (>20%), chamazulene (<20%), dihydrochamazulene I & II, cadinene, bisabolenes; Oxides: bisabolol oxide-A (>24%), bisabolone oxide (<20%), bisabolol oxide-B (<10%), 1,8 cineol (<5%); Sesquiterpene Alcohols: α-bisabolol (<8%), fanesol, spathulenol; Ethers; Monoterpenes.
Properties: Analgesic, anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antispasmodic, decongestant, digestive tonic15, and hormone-like.
Common Primary Uses: TAcne, Tchapped lips, Tcolic, Tdermatitis/eczema, ATmeasles, Tsensitive skin, Tteething pain, Iulcer.
Historical Uses: Native to Europe, it is no longer grown in Germany. It has a long history of use for all symptoms related to or resulting from tension.
French Medicinal Uses: Acne, cystitis, decongestant, digestive tonic, eczema, gallbladder, hormonelike, liver, ulcers.
Other Possible Uses: Chamomile neutralizes allergies and increases the ability of the skin to regenerate. It is a cleanser of the blood and also helps open the liver, increase liver function and secretion, and support the pancreas. This oil may be used for abscesses, acne, boils, burns, cuts, cystitis, dermatitis, eczema, gallbladder, chronic gastritis, hair care, inflamed joints, ingrown nails (infected), insomnia, liver problems, menopausal problems, migraine headaches, open leg sores, rashes, skin disorders, stress-related complaints, teething pains, toothaches, ulcers, and wounds.

Aromatic Influence: It can dispel anger, stabilize the emotions, and help release emotions linked to the past. It may also be used to soothe and clear the mind, creating an atmosphere of peace and patience.
Application: Apply to Vita Flex Points and directly on area of concern; diffuse.
Oral Use As Dietary Suppliment: Generally regarded as safe (GRAS) for human consumption by the FDA. Dilute one drop oil in 1 tsp. honey or in 4 oz. of beverage (i.e. soy/rice milk). Not for children under 6 years old; use with caution and in greater dilution for children 6 years old and over.
Safety Data: Use with caution during pregnancy. Can irritate sensitive skin.
